Strongman is a weightlifting sport where athletes compete in various strength based activities. The activities include the truck pull, sandbag toss, the deadlift, the log press, and the farmers walk.

How to Play

The objective for a strongman is to either lift the heaviest amount of weight possible or compete in a weightlifting competition in the shortest amount of time. The log press objective is to see who can lift the most weight. The truck pull focuses on the strongman’s endurance. The best way to be the best is preventing burnout and maintaining endurance for each event. Body management is also important.

Brian started out with basketball in high school and even got a basketball scholarship. However, in college it was where is was hooked on weights because it became his sanctuary. With no formal training he won the Denver strongest Man contest and joined the professionals from 2005-2006.
