Rugby is a contact team sport where players use an oval ball that can be kicked, carried, and passed from hand to hand.
Rugby is a faced paced sport where teams use their strength to move the ball down the field. The team on offense is trying to pass and run the ball to the goal line while the other team's defense is trying to stop them by tackling them to the ground. The team who scores the most points wins. In order to win points are scored by moving the ball past the goal line or kicking it through the uprights, which are at either end of the field.
