Handball is a team sport where players pass the ball with theirs and try to aim the ball in the opposing team's goal.

The objective of the game is for the team to try to hit or throw an inflated ball into their opponent's goal, while the opposing team is trying to prevent them from doing so.

• The attackers who are trying to get the ball into the opposing team's goal.
• The defenders are trying to prevent the ball from getting inside their goal.
• The goalkeepers are to protect the ball from getting into their goal.

• The handball ball is usually the size of a melon, but for women and children’s handball, the ball is smaller.
• The handball bibs are used to distinguish which player is which.
• Handball goggles to protect the players eyes from getting poked because players are using their hands.
• Ankle supports to prevent injury when players are constantly twisting and turning.
• Arm sleeves protect the players from getting floor burns and cuts when they are falling or sliding on the floor.
• Finger tap to so player’s fingers move as little as possible and to protect from injury.
• Knee pads to protect the player’s knees from getting scraped or injured.

Mikkel is an accomplished handball player. Before his career in handball he was part of the Danish Handball League. He is an Olympic Champion, a World Champion, he won the Rio De Janeiro 2016 title, the Denmark 2019 title, and the Serbia 2012 title. In 2019 he led the Denmark team to win their first World Championships. He became the top scorer and MVP of the tournament.
