Bodybuilding is an array of exercises and activities made to improve the muscular development and physique of the human body. Competitively, bodybuilders display prominent muscle mass, symmetry, and definition for aesthetic purposes.

How to Play

The objective of bodybuilding is to control muscular development and promote general health and fitness. Being a top competitor would mean that the athlete has the correct muscle definition, mass, and symmetry as determined by their weight.

Sports Role(s)

The only roles in this sport are the bodybuilders and their coaches, if they have any.

Equipment Requirements

There is lots of equipment used for bodybuilding. Some basic necessities would be dumbbells, barbells, and kettlebells. Weight machinery is also very helpful in this sport, but not necessarily required. The basic weights offer the greatest range of variability in exercises, but the machinery offer the ability to change the weight you are using without buying additional equipment.
