Foundation training is greatly beneficial for reducing back and neck pain as well as improving posture. It help adjust areas in life where you will not be slouching when you sit or bending your back lifting items.
The difficulty of this exercise is being accurate. A lot of the exercises need to be in the exact position to get the full benefit out of it. The other difficulty is holding on to the position for long duration.
