Parallettes are small gymnastics devices in pairs. They are similar to push up bars or dip bars, but they are generally lower to the ground.

How to Use

By placing the parallettes on the floor, you will need to hold on to them and lifting your self off the ground. This requires a lot upper body and core strength to keep yourself up. This method is what's known as calisthenics.
