Half foam rolls are half cylinder foams.
You can use half foam roles for additional Pilates exercises and making stretches through a technique known as self-myofascial release (SMR). SMR is performing stretches on the round end of the foam roll in order to release knots. Another use for it is for stability exercises when belancing on the flat side of the foam roll.
There is no resistance when using this equipment.
